You will set up and maintain HubSpot environments for CCM clients and our internal portal. Every new client goes live through you. You build the pipelines, configure the properties, design the email templates, build the workflows, and train the team.
This role is primarily asynchronous with occasional sync calls for client onboarding and urgent issues. Hours grow directly with our client count — as we scale, so does your workload and your income.
- Configure HubSpot CRM for new client onboarding — properties, pipelines, deal stages, views
- Build and deploy branded email templates and outbound sequences
- Create workflow automations for client programs and internal CCM operations
- Train client contacts and CCM SDRs on HubSpot best practices
- Maintain and improve CCM's internal HubSpot portal — reporting, dashboards, data hygiene
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues with a 4-hour response SLA on critical issues
- Document all builds and maintain a living HubSpot playbook for CCM

Non-Negotiable
- Based in the United States
- Minimum 2 HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or CMS Hub)
- Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM — not just using it
- Demonstrated ability to build workflows, sequences, and custom properties
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for broken builds going to clients
- Strong communicator — you will train clients and write internal documentation
Strong Indicators You Are the Right Fit
- You have onboarded multiple HubSpot instances from scratch for different clients
- You can diagnose a broken workflow or enrollment trigger quickly without escalating
- You think in systems — you document what you build so it can be maintained
- You keep up with HubSpot product updates and apply them proactively
The HubSpot Practice Lead oversees all client implementations, mentors junior technologists, and earns a percentage of implementation revenue as CCM scales. This role is for someone who wants to own the HubSpot function inside a growing agency.
