You will own the data function at Cold Call Me — building, enriching, scrubbing, and maintaining the prospect lists that power every client campaign. Every SDR we deploy works from lists you produce. If the data is bad, the campaign fails. If the data is sharp, our SDRs connect with the right people and book meetings.
We are certified partners of ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, and Seamless. You will use a waterfall enrichment methodology across multiple sources to deliver high-quality, validated contact data tailored to each client's Ideal Customer Profile.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on each client's Ideal Customer Profile criteria
- Enrich contact records using waterfall methodology across ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, and Seamless
- Scrub lists for DNC compliance, deduplication, and upload formatting standards
- Upload and organize finalized lists in HubSpot CRM for SDR assignment
- Provide ICP strategy input based on list performance data from SDR feedback
- Maintain data source documentation and version history for all client lists
- Deliver lists within SLA — 3 business days under 1,000 records, 5 days for larger builds

Non-Negotiable
- Based in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B data research, list building, or sales operations
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, or Seamless
- Thorough understanding of DNC compliance and data hygiene standards
- Detail-oriented to a fault — you catch errors before they reach an SDR
- Comfortable working to tight delivery SLAs without close supervision

Strong performers move into ICP strategy conversations — contributing to how CCM defines targeting for new client categories. The Director of Data and Intelligence will own data sourcing partnerships, list quality standards, and a team of specialists as CCM scales.
