You will own CCM's revenue operations infrastructure — from dialer configuration and CRM integrations to reporting dashboards and pipeline data integrity. You ensure every system is connected, every integration is stable, and every client has a live dashboard before their campaign goes live.
This is a build-and-maintain role. You document what you build, automate what can be automated, and scale cleanly as we grow. You work primarily asynchronously with a 2-hour response SLA for system outages.
- Configure and maintain the Power Dialer for all active client SDR seats
- Build and maintain HubSpot reporting dashboards for each client program
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, the dialer, email tools, and Slack
- Ensure pipeline data integrity and CRM hygiene across all client instances
- Document all systems, integrations, and workflows in CCM's ops playbook
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual work
- Respond to system outages or integration failures within 2 business hours
- Submit a weekly async status update to CCM leadership
- a bonus per client integrated and deployed
- a bonus if client dashboard is live before the client's go-live date
- a quarterly uptime bonus
Non-Negotiable
- Based in the United States
- Minimum 3 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration role
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM at the admin level — not just reporting
- Experience configuring or maintaining integrations between SaaS tools
- Systems thinker — you document everything and build for maintainability
- Comfortable being the single owner of a tech stack without escalation options
Strong Indicators You Are the Right Fit
- You have owned a RevOps or SalesOps function at a growing company or agency
- You have built integrations between CRM, dialer, and outbound tools
- You catch data integrity issues before they become reporting problems
- You have responded to a system outage and stayed calm while fixing it under pressure
As CCM scales to 20+ clients and 20+ SDRs, this function becomes a core leadership role. The VP of RevOps will own the entire technical infrastructure, manage the RevOps team, and contribute to client-facing system implementations as a premium service line.
