This is an internal SDR role — you represent Cold Call Me directly. You will prospect into our target markets, engage decision-makers at the C-suite and VP level, and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executive to close.
This is not entry-level. We need someone with at least three years in an SDR or BDR role making executive-level calls who genuinely enjoys conversation. - Prospect into CCM's target verticals — managed IT, healthcare, telecom, and digital marketing
- Reach decision-makers at the C-suite and VP level through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Have real conversations — qualify pain, build interest, and book discovery calls for our Account Executive
- Manage your own outreach cadence and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with CCM leadership on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Attend weekly pipeline reviews and contribute feedback on what is and is not working
Non-Negotiable
- Based in the United States
- Minimum 3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Demonstrated experience reaching C-suite, VP, or Director-level contacts
- Comfortable and confident in unscripted executive conversations
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings consistently
- HubSpot CRM proficiency (or willing to certify within 30 days)
- Quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet

The right person in this role has a direct path to Account Executive — running discovery calls and earning commission on closed deals. We are building from the ground up and early contributors have the most to gain.
