This is a true full-cycle seat. You own the entire motion — you build your own pipeline through cold outreach, work the replies generated by our AI cold-email prospecting agent, run discovery calls and live demos, and close new clients. You are the hunter and the closer.
We are looking for someone with a proven B2B sales track record who is as comfortable opening cold as closing warm — not someone who needs to be taught how to sell. You will manage your full pipeline in HubSpot, from first touch to signed agreement.
- Run your own cold outreach — calls, email, and LinkedIn — to build pipeline into our target markets
- Manage our AI cold-email prospecting agent — monitor and respond to replies, qualify interest, and convert conversations into booked meetings
- Run discovery calls and live product demos, then present, handle objections, and close
- Manage your pipeline accurately in HubSpot CRM at every stage
- Collaborate with CCM leadership on deal strategy and pricing
- Refine your targeting and messaging based on what you hear in-market
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with CCM leadership
- a percentage of Month 1 MRR on every closed deal

Example: 2 Growth deals at competitive rate each = commission on Month 1 MRR. Strong closers with 3+ deals per month stack significant residual income.
Non-Negotiable
- Based in the United States
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales — full-cycle, or SDR-to-AE with closing experience
- Demonstrated track record of both opening cold and closing service, SaaS, or agency deals
- Comfortable running cold outreach, discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing independently
- Comfortable working alongside AI sales tools and managing agent-generated replies
- HubSpot CRM proficiency — pipeline must be current at all times
- Strong communicator who adapts tone for SMB through enterprise buyers
