The Role

You will be placed inside one of our client accounts as a dedicated or shared SDR. You represent the client's brand and run their outbound program — prospecting, calling, and booking meetings on their behalf. Cold Call Me manages and supports you throughout every assignment.

Our clients are B2B companies in managed IT, healthcare, telecom, digital marketing, and more. Their buyers are busy executives — CEOs, COOs, IT Directors, VPs of Sales. You will reach these people cold and turn them into conversations. This requires experience, confidence, and genuine conversational skill. We are not looking for script readers.

What You Will Do
  • Make 150 to 200+ outbound calls per day on behalf of assigned client accounts
  • Reach C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects against the client's Ideal Customer Profile in real conversation
  • Book discovery meetings and hand off directly to the client's sales team
  • Log all activity and dispositions accurately in HubSpot CRM in real time
  • Represent the client's brand professionally on every interaction
  • Communicate with the client team and your CCM manager daily via Slack
  • Attend weekly performance reviews with CCM leadership
What We Require

Non-Negotiable

  • Based in the United States
  • Minimum 3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
  • Demonstrated experience reaching C-suite, VP, or Director-level contacts through cold outreach
  • Comfortable running executive conversations without a rigid script
  • Consistent track record of booking qualified meetings month over month
  • Ability to quickly adapt messaging across different industries and client brands
  • HubSpot CRM proficiency (or willing to certify within 30 days)
  • Professional home workspace and reliable internet
